NvCplDaemon doesn't have chance, haha. You don't need the Display Service to overclock. Used by Nvidia cards. It does the trick! Apsdaemon

Why is nvcpldaemon giving me errors? Is nvcpldaemon CPU intensive? GeForce ForceWare and GeForce Exerience drivers are for NVIDIA Quadro and all GeForce based videocards. A safe way to stop these errors is to uninstall the application and run a system scan to automatically identify any PC issues.
