I made all the changes to MSE that they recommended and the problem ceased for a short while. I realise it uses IE for page rendering, but I tried the Yahoo Mail website in IE, and it worked fine. At first It found mildly harmful stuff then after about two months… nothing. We have worked on hundreds and hundreds of computers, some, too many, with Norton. And it's been three weeks since we wrote to Malwarebytes about this, and they still haven't answered us.
